Is it possible to download a record of the puzzles I’ve solved? I’d like to review and retry the ones I couldn’t solve.

You can always check your puzzle solving history.
Go to LEARN -> Puzzles ;
below the diagram the green ones are solved, but the red ones are unsolved.
You can't download a puzzle directly.
If you want to make your own records, write the locations of pieces in some text editor (Notepad, Word etc.) or make a screenshot, and than go to TOOLS -> Board editor and put the pieces in their locations. Once you finish, click on STUDIES and you will be given an option to save this position.
