*PLAY-OFFS RULES*

E-Draughts Haiti congratulates once more all the players who made it to that stage of the tournament.

To ensure a fair and great tournament for everyone, we invite all players to read and understand the following rules:

- Check messages regularly from @e-draughts-haiti.

- Make sure you can join the tournament related to your game as soon it is available (you might be asked to join a specific team to be able to join the tournament). If you need guidance, feel free to send a message to e-draughts-haiti.

- Join the tournament ahead of time. The tournaments start at 3h pm EDT, you want to join it at least 10 min before to make sure there is no late-minute issue. Note that the 3rd Place Match will start at 2h pm EDT.

- Once the match starts:
--> if only one player joined it, the missing player loses the match. And the player who joined progress to the next stage.
--> if the two players joined it, pairing will happen normally... unless the players are not online at this time. A player must not exceed two periods of unavailability and the total unavailability time cannot exceed 15 min.

- If the challenge ends in a draw (for instance 5-5 in a best of 10 games), the players will keep playing until one player wins a game.

- The players are expected to stay in the tournament room and play all the games. For instance, In a best of 10, the players are expected to play 10 games.
- The player who is leading in the score cannot stop playing. For instance, in a best-of-10 games, if a player is leading by 6-0, he cannot decide to stop playing.
- The player who is not leading in the score may decide to stop playing. In this case, the final score will be determined as if he loses all the remaining games.

- For any other unexpected situations, the organizing committee will make the final decision by prioritizing fairness and transparency.
