@Jazz-Fusion I am ip banned from lichess! The mods can't gettus now! I was the spammer YOYBOI/YDEBOI/ASAVAGEBEE I AM ALSO APPLEKID

Maybe just don't break the rules and you won't get banned. Food for thought.

Kinda hard not to break a rule when the rules basically say "We don't even have to follow our our rules" prnt.sc/v69tph
and also "We like to make up new rules without telling you" prnt.sc/v69ugq

While it is their site and they can make up whatever rules they want I also reserve the right to point out the hypocrisy of what they have done.

What are you talking about. If this was my house and I invited you in, I have every right to make my own rules and impose them on you. You were invited over to lichess, and they've kicked you out.

Obviously, you don't know what free speech is, so xkcd.com/1357/.

Say you invite me and my friends to your house and you say that if we knock over a cup then we have to leave. Then two of us knock over a cup and you decide that I have to leave.
This is how lichess chess operates and why I say they are not fair and are making up the rules as they go. I would say that if you do this you are a liar and have gone back on your own word.

Say you invite me and my friends to your house and you say that if we insult you or other guests then we have to leave. Then I tell you that your carpet has a hole in it and I can see the floor. You ask me to leave citing that I have insulted you.
This is how lichess chess operates and why I say they are not fair and are making up the rules as they go.

I can provide real world examples of actually origin of these analogies to show they are accurate.

I see that you are falling for the same mistake with that freedom of speech graphic that thiabult himself uses. Ill explain why that graphic is incorrect or at least misleading. The first thing you have to realize is there is a difference between having your own freedom of speech (FOS) policy and following that of someone else. Since Lichess is french we will use their Article 10 declares that “no one may be disturbed on account of his opinions, even religious ones, as long as the manifestation of such opinions does not interfere with the established Law and Order. What that graphic leaves out is "Your freedom of speech rights (as granted by the government) aren't being violated" Since Lichess does NOT have a FOS lichess.org/terms-of-service they can not break it.

Say for example you are in a public place stating your opinion The government has a FOS meaning they will not persecute you for this. Now say for example you say your opinion in a private place like a diner, the government can not persecute you here because even though you are in the diner they are operated under French law. However the diner own who has is own law (which does not have a FOS clause) is free to persecute you how ever he sees fit in accordance with the governments law. Now if said diner owner had a a FOS clause then they could do no such thing. However another patron would be free to persecute you as they see fit as long as it adheres to both the diners rules and the governments laws. Assuming you were in the other patrons personal space which is the legal version of an individuals private space.

@Bobkingmen3 , yes I totally agree with you. My friend on lichess got banned for saying B****. Look at this team : lichess.org/team/lovlas-bitch-and-cheater. The team literally had the B word in its name and the moderator lovlas joined the team instead of banning it. Lichess mods are so inconsistent. They should have a standard procedure of banning someone.

@RoepStoep this forum is made in lidraughts so lidraughts can be saved from the same moderator fate as lichess.

Lichess Rules:

Can’t talk bad about moderators.

Can’t ask to be a moderator.

Can’t ask for LM title.

"Can’t talk bad about moderators.

Can’t ask to be a moderator.

Can’t ask for LM title."

None of these are rules.
"
Can’t ask to be a moderator.

Can’t ask for LM title."

The answer to these questions is in the FAQ.

"Can’t talk bad about moderators."
I'd imagine that people who talk crap about mods are people that have gotten their appeal denied and decide to slander the mod team. Slander isn't acceptable.

"My friend on lichess got banned for saying B****"

How do you know what he got banned for? I don't believe lichess discloses specific reasons for bans. General swearing, especially once, does not warrant a ban, there is probably something your friend isn't telling you.
