Possible? Yes.
Preferable? No. It's a shared open chat, blocking only means they can't harass you personally anymore. If you have a personal feud, it shouldn't mean automatically that you can cause other accounts to be blocked in general on a website.

So: please use our report options. If someone repeats harassing others in the chat, forum or other indecent behavior, Lidraughts will take action and take away all free chat privileges.
