At the age of twelve, a classmate introduced me to checkers, and his enthusiasm and skill greatly impressed me. Thanks to Lidraughts, I rediscovered the game many years later. I'm not a strong player, but I enjoy the intense yet friendly wrestling with human opponents at the board.
