The "draw offer" option should be fixed to make it more online-friendly. We often don't have a possibility to accept a draw offer because:
1) it's not on the sight focus, but on a peripheral vision (to the right side of the table)
2) its graphic is a little blurred and diffused, not eye-catchy
3) and the most important (!) it closes immediately after the next move. For the online-game, it's not a proper way, because during the zeitnot you don't have a chance to accept the draw offer.

The draw offer should last for at least 2 moves and it's better to put the button under the table, not on the right side.
