Tournament games with no moves played

Hi Lidraughts community,

It happens in tournaments that a game starts but one of the two players fails to make the first move. Currently such games are marked as "White/Black didn't move, Black/White is victorious" and - the crucial part - affect the players' ratings as normal games do. It seems to be off the logic of a rating system.

I suggest that if player A fails to make his first move in a tournament game against player B, this results in:
1) victory and the corresponding tournament points are awarded to B;
2) defeat and 0 tournament points are awarded to A;
3) 5/10/15 min suspension is given to A as a penalty;
4) both ratings of A and B remain unaffected.

think of it this way @DmitryOnishchenko in an actual otb tournament (im guessing its called that)
if you dont show up for the tourney and your clock runs out to zero Im pretty sure that youd lose points.

It is unfortunate to lose ratingpoints this way when it happens by accident @DmitryOnishchenko . But if you don't change the ratings, players could use it to skip a game for free (e.g. when paired against a much stronger opponent). A temporary suspension from the tournament could discourage this, but that would again be very annoying when it does happen by accident.
