The rules are same as for International Draughts on 10x10 board. But the piece set is Different. The arrangement contains 20 White Draughts Pieces placed in an usual manner but there are only 5 King Black Pieces. The player who capture his Opponent's Pieces first, wins the Game.

It's cool, but the horde wins easily. I think you need more kings.

I like your idea, because it would strengthen skills of handling kings.
Here is a more balanced setup (only +0.7 according to Scan, which definitely indicates a tendency of a draw due to material insufficiency):

You could play it already by starting a game from position. But it is not likely we will ever add a variant like this. Candidates for variants should have a real world representation (world championship, tournaments, etc), because there are so many draughts variants already.
