Because the traditional Christmas tournaments cannot take place this year, there may be interest in a tournament from December 27 to 30 via lidraughts. The idea is to play a mini-match of four games against an opponent as equal as possible every day. Start of the games 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00 (Dutch time). Time control 20 minutes plus 5 seconds per move. Each match there are sixteen points to be divided, two per game and eight for the match as a whole. Classification is made by matching the number 1 in the ranking to the player within four points (if none then five etc.) closest to him in rating and who he has not played yet. Then an opponent is sought for number two, three etc. according to the same principle. When a third of the participants are paired, a third of the participants is divided in the same way from below. And then the rest from above again. Rounds can be skipped if indicated no later than the day before at 17:00. There are no entry fees or prizes. Hello, I am quite interested to participate, but can you explain how do we mutuallly agree to our opponent to play with us? I mean if someone doesn't response or accepts challenges, how will the tournament proceed? Will it be postponned to next day? (Just for the sake of convinience)

If one is present and the opponent is not, it will be a win for the one present. (By watching which players are online.)
