I dont think so. Most probably you can just practice or tes your skills with them, But most under 1500 players (like me) use RandomMoverBot for increasing rating. Though I would gain hardly 1 rating per 2 games if I win with it but excessive games, I think it's wrong.

If the primary goal of the activity is to gain rating without putting in effort or being challenged it's probably not a good thing to do
