can a BOT be used to run on other draught apps apart from lidraught

I don't know if checkers 10x10 is an app or if you just want to use it for 10x10 checkers in general, but you may be able to modify lidraughts-bot or use pydraughts (github.com/AttackingOrDefending/pydraughts) which is used by lidraughts-bot.

This bot client is based on lidraughts and lichess if
checkers 10x10  is a lichess fork you can run it fine. If not you have to modify it
