I.m a begginer in draughts. I come from Chess and Go.

I,m trying to meet spanish or spanish speakers player in order to make networking.

In Spain, draught is not popular and there are no clubs and it not easy to local players.

@micabcab Spanish draughts is one of the first variants, and I can only regret that it can't regain popularity nowadays. I had inserted some links to publications on Spanish draughts at lidraughts.org/forum/general-draughts-discussion/las-damas-espanolas?page=3#28 which might be interesting for you.
However, if you prefer to play under International rules, you can try to find players from Dominican republic, Cuba and other Spanish speaking countries, but keep in mind that they are online according to their time zone.

@micabcab (1) playstrategy.org allows you to play under Spanish rules but on mirrored board (long diagonal at left hand instead of right hand as it is supposed to be)´;
(2) I had seen some Spanish draughts players at checkersland application and at playok (see www.playok.com/en/spanishdraughts/ )
